Ibukun is a proven leader and business strategist with six years of business operations experience in South Africa and over five years in Nigeria. He is an honours degree holder in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Monash University South Africa (now MSA IIE) and Monash University Australia. He is a member of FIABCI-Nigiera, The Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce (programmes committee) and the African Real Estate Society.

Ibukun doubles as the Group Managing Partner of AOC Real Estate Group and General Manager of Brokerfield Real Estate Services. He is responsible for overseeing all member companies along with directly managing the BRES team. Ibukun’s primary responsibilities are business development, client services, and operational strategy. He is an avid sports fan particularly Formula 1, Tennis, Basketball and Football.
